I am a passionate long distance runner myself and I have earned some nice results in races (2nd in my age group @ Sevilla Marathon of 2019, 2nd @ 45K Ecotrail Madeira, 1st category/ 3rd overall Montafon Totale and 2nd in the desert UltraMirage). 

 

Besides years of experience, I have also obtained the following certificates:

  • Analysing Running Technique & Running Re-education 
  • Mental Skills training for Sport and Health 
  • SAQ and Plyometric training

I want to share my passion with other people and help them become the best version of themselves. This on the basis of easy and affordable online running plans adapted to personal needs and training availability.

I believe good & open communication between the athlete and coach is very important. I keep close contact to all my athletes and adapt the training plans to their needs.

Intake

Does this sound like something you are looking for? GREAT! Then I would like to first schedule an online meeting to get a good idea of your level as runner and your goals. It is also important for me to have a good connection with my clients.

Evaluation

Every 2-3 weeks you will receive your personal training schedule from me. Through the close following up, we can monitor your progress closely and change the trainings where needed.

Progression

Once you have started and follow the schedule consistently you will notice progress quickly. Through the preparation for competitions you will stay motivated, although this is up to you. The most important thing is to enjoy running.

MONTHLY COACHING

Looking for that extra push to reach your running goals? Or you want a professional coach to help you reach your running goals? With different plans for every runners need, there for sure is a plan that fits your needs. 

16-week (half) marathon preparation

You want to run a marathon but don’t really know where to start? Or run your best marathon? During 16-weeks you will receive a personal training plan, strengh training AND also a lot of extra knowledge.
