Your day at the Camp follows a clear routine designed for progress and enjoyment
Breakfast together to start the day right
Morning info session on running, nutrition, or recovery
Sport sessions adapted to the level of the group
Healthy (& yummy) lunch
Afternoon activity (decided by the group): yoga, strength training, stretching session..

I’m a certified running coach and trail lover. After starting out as a road marathoner, I fell in love with the mountains and never looked back. These camps are my way of sharing that freedom and joy with you. Can’t wait to hit the trails together!
