What this actually is

An unique experience

Someone asked me in 2023 whether I organised trail running holidays. I didn't — but I couldn't stop thinking about it. Because what I wanted to offer wasn't another group travel package with a running theme. It was something smaller, more intentional: a few days in the mountains with real coaching, real food, real recovery, and a group small enough that everyone actually gets looked after.

That's what these camps are. Maximum 6 runners. Fully guided on trail. Coached by me, personally. Meals cooked fresh every day. A recovery specialist to take care of your legs between sessions. And terrain that makes you fall in love with the mountains all over again.

"This was not one of those overcrowded, influencer-driven trips focused on profit, but a genuine experience organised by a passionate and experienced trail runner and coach."

What's included

Everything taken care of — except your flights

You show up. Everything else is handled.

Guided trail running sessions
Guided trail runs & coaching

Every run is led by Lisa — certified coach and active trail runner. Technique, pacing, terrain reading, mountain confidence. You learn while you move.

Home-cooked meals at the trail running camp
Home-cooked meals, every day

Lisa's dad fuels the camp with fresh, local, home-cooked food. Real food made with care — not catering, not restaurant menus, not protein bars.

Yoga and recovery sessions at trail running camp
Recovery with a specialist

Fede — massage therapist and yoga specialist — takes care of your body between sessions. Tired legs, tight hips, stiff shoulders: he's got you.

Accommodation Comfortable, well-located stays chosen for access to trail terrain and good group atmosphere.
Strength & mobility sessions Afternoon sessions for runner-specific strength, movement and flexibility — on the days your legs need to breathe.
The views Not strictly included but unavoidable. Every location is chosen for terrain that makes you forget about everything else.
The team

Not a travel company. A family business.

I'm a running coach who happens to love mountains, good food and the kind of quiet that only comes from spending a full day on trail. These camps are run by me, my dad, and my best friend Fede. No outsourcing, no rotating staff, no hired lineup. Every edition, the same three people — which is a big part of why it works.

Lisa — trail running coach and camp leader
Lisa
Coach & camp leader

On the trail with you every day. Coaches the runs, adapts the programme to how the group is feeling, and makes sure every runner gets the attention they need. EREPS Level 3 certified, FKT holder, and currently completing her mountain guide certification.

Nick — logistics, navigation and chef
Nick — Lisa's dad
Logistics, navigation & chef

Handles the logistics so nothing falls through the cracks, leads the navigation workshops so you can read the terrain yourself, and — most importantly — feeds the entire camp with fresh, home-cooked meals every single day. Past participants will tell you the food alone is worth coming for.

Fede — sports massage and yoga
Fede
Sports massage & yoga specialist

Professional sports masseur, Pilates and yoga teacher. Takes care of your body between trail days — tired legs, tight hips, stiff shoulders. His sessions make the difference between waking up ready to run and waking up unable to walk downstairs.

Where we go

Some of Europe's best trail terrain

Previous camps have taken runners through volcanic ridges in Madeira, limestone mountains in Mallorca, the Sierra Nevada in Granada, the Pyrenean foothills of Girona and Olot, and the coastal trails above Barcelona. Every location is chosen for one reason: terrain that challenges you and landscapes that stay with you.

Camps are designed for recreational trail runners at various levels. Where terrain allows, groups are organised by level. You don't need to be elite — but you should be comfortable spending multiple hours moving in the mountains and running on trails.
Because that's the number where everyone gets real attention. I can coach properly, adjust the day to how the group is feeling, and make sure nobody gets left behind on trail or overlooked during the week. Six is intentional, not logistical.
Camps run in spring and autumn. I'm currently completing my mountain guide certification, which will add even more value to future editions. Dates are confirmed to the interest list first — register below to be the first to know.
