I am a certified running coach and my mission is to help people become better (& happier) runners.
Started my running career as a road marathon runner, but during the pandemic my passion shifted to the trails. And it hasn’t changed since.
After having done many mountain adventures and putting my name on 3 FKT’s, I decided that I want to share this sensation of freedom with others. My trailrunning camps are an unique experience that will change your life.
One of the most beautiful, fun and rewarding holiday I have had. From the moment I landed and met Lisa I felt welcomed. I really enjoyed how well organised and varied everything was during the camp. The accommodation, the atmosphere of the group and the food were simply amazing. As someone who went to the camp with a little injury, I was worried that I might have to sit on the bench. However Lisa made sure to organise activities for everyone, so I was also able to enjoy the nature at my own pace and I had a good time.
Great combination of sports, laughter, healthy food, relaxing and nature. Running was our day activity, which was great to be outside in the mountains the whole day. But we also had some time to relax at the pool afterwards 🙂 Good Info sessions & learned new things again about traul running. How great is it to go ona sport's trip where everything is organised for you I enjoyed the fact that everything is organised for you and you just need to worry about your running skills 😉 Was lovely to meet people from other countries who share the same passion for running as me.
This trail running camp was a blast ! Before the camp, I never really did trail running. I was more of a 'road' runner, I signed up to give it a try, and I can say that it had me converted ! We discovered Mallorca from a brand new perspective as we were running in breathtaking landscapres between forests, mountains and sea views. We ate delicious food and enjoyed our free time around the pool, pretty nice spot to relax the legs after big trail running sessions ! I also used to be scared in the downhills but Lisa took the time to give advice and guidance, it made me feel more confident for the next downhill runs.
I recently attended Lisa’s trail running camp in Granada, Spain, and it was an unforgettable experience! The trails were stunning, the group was welcoming, and the mix of adventure, learning, and camaraderie was perfect.
Lisa mapped out scenic routes for all levels, and the workshops—especially on nutrition and navigation—were packed with practical, inspiring insights. Her dad Nick’s cooking was amazing, adding warmth (and fuel!) to every day.
Flawlessly organized and full of heart, this camp was everything I hoped for and more. Highly recommend to any trail runner seeking challenge, growth, and connection.
