HOW A DAY CAN LOOK LIKE

Your day at the Camp follows a clear routine designed for progress and enjoyment

FAQ's

Your weekly volume does not matter. Our team adjusts the pace and training difficulty to suit every individual. The aim of this camp is to become a better overall runner and we achieve this through a personal 1:1 approach during the camp. However, to get the most out of the experience, it is recommended to be able to run 10K comfortably.
Our cancellation policy offers a full refund in the event of a medical injury, provided you submit a doctor’s note or medical receipt. Please ensure the documentation clearly states that you are unable to participate due to medical reasons. A cancellation insurance is offered for €50 and covers the following refunds: if you cancel before 1st of January you will get a full refund. After 1st of February a partial refund of 60%. And after the 1st of March there will be NO refund.
Once you’ve completed your payment, you’ll be added to a private WhatsApp group with your fellow athletes and our team. This is where we help coordinate travel tips, suggest flights, and offer support with logistics. While we don’t book flights for you, we’re here to make the planning as smooth as possible. Please note that there is NO pickup from any airport included in this camp. But we do help with organising carpooling.
We’ll send you a detailed packing list after registration, but essential gear includes running shoes (ideally two pairs), running clothes & a lot of motivation to work hard together to achieving your running dreams.
We stay in a comfortable guesthouse in a quiet, Spanish town. Meals are hearty, nutritious, and made to support active days on the trails. We can accommodate most dietary preferences, just let us know in advance.
Running is an all-weather sport! That said, we try to adjust the plan where needed which can include a slight change in activities.
