Not at all. I coach everyone from complete beginners to competitive trail and ultra runners. The approach is always personalised to where you are right now — your fitness, your goals, your schedule.
Generic plans don't know your life, your body, or your race calendar. I build plans that adapt — around your work schedule, energy levels, injuries, and goals — and I'm there to answer questions and adjust week to week.
The app gives you science-backed education, runner-specific strength workouts, and a community — but it's not personalised coaching. The app is designed to complement coaching or to support self-coached runners who want evidence-based guidance.
I coach in English, Dutch, and Spanish. My athletes come from all over the world — I coach entirely online.
Yes — pausing is possible after achieving a goal or when life gets busy. That said, once your spot is offered to someone else, reclaiming it isn't guaranteed. I keep my roster intentionally small to focus on quality over quantity, so when I'm full, I'm full. If you're thinking about pausing, it's worth a conversation first so we can figure out the best approach together.
