Training for Greatness
At the age of 22, I successfully completed three marathons.
I absolutely love running (& working out in general) and not a day goes by without thinking about my running shoes. After my races, I often heard from friends and family that they ‘would like to do this too’. This prompted me to start Lis (t) a Coaching.
I would like to share my passion with other people and help them become the best version of themselves. This on the basis of easy and affordable online running plans adapted to personal needs.

I think open communication between the athlete and coach is very important. Do not hesitate to send me an email if something is not clear.
Am I the coach you are looking for? GREAT! Then we first start with a thorough questionnaire to see what your current fitness level is and what your goals are.
Every 2 weeks you will receive your personal training schedule from me. We discuss together how the past few weeks have been like and whether any adjustments are needed.
Once you have started and follow the schedule consistently you will notice progress quickly. Through the preparation for competitions you will stay motivated, although this is up to you. The most important thing is to enjoy running.
