About Lisa

My name is Lisa, a running coach with a passion for adventure, the outdoors, and helping people become better (and happier) runners.

I am a vivid endurance athlete, most often found in the mountains, but every now and then you’ll spot me at road races too. In 2023, I landed second place at Ultra Mirage El Djerid and third overall in the Montafon Totale Ultra Trail, an experience that reminded me of the power of consistent training, mental strength, and simply loving what you do.

For me, communication is key. I create personalised training plans for my athletes that truly adapts to their needs, goals, and life, while still leaving plenty of room to simply enjoy running.

I hold an EREPS Level 3 Trainer certification, and have specialised further in Sport Physiology for Endurance Athletes, Analysing Running Technique & Running Re-education, Mental Skills Training for Sport and Health, SAQ and Plyometric Training, and Nutrition for Sports Performance. I also completed my Running Gait Specialisation Level I & II.
