I am a passionate long distance runner myself and I have earned some nice results in races (2nd in my age group @ Sevilla Marathon of 2019, 2nd @ 45K Ecotrail Madeira).
Besides years of experience, I have also obtained the following certificates:
- EREPS level 3 Trainer
- Sport Physiologie for Endurance Athletes
- Analysing Running Technique & Running Re-education
- Mental Skills training for Sport and Health
- SAQ and Plyometric training
- Nutrition Sports Performance
I want to share my passion with other people and help them become the best version of themselves. This on the basis of easy and affordable online running plans adapted to personal needs.

I believe good & open communication between the athlete and coach is very important. I keep close contact to all my athletes and adapt the training plans to their needs.
Does this sound like something you are looking for? GREAT! Then I would like to first schedule an online meeting to get a good idea of your level as runner and your goals.
Every 2-3 weeks you will receive your personal training schedule from me. Through the close following up, we can monitor your progress closely and change the trainings where needed.
Once you have started and follow the schedule consistently you will notice progress quickly. Through the preparation for competitions you will stay motivated, although this is up to you. The most important thing is to enjoy running.
