You fill in a full intake: goals, history, schedule, strengths, weaknesses. I get to know you as a runner before we build anything.
Your plan is built around YOU. Your fitness, your goals, your life. Uploaded to the coaching platform and synced with your watch.
Training is adjusted weekly or bi-weekly based on your feedback, fatigue, and progress. It evolves as you do.
You have direct access to me via WhatsApp or email. Questions, doubts, tough weeks: I'm there.
