How coaching works

Detailed intake

You fill in a full intake: goals, history, schedule, strengths, weaknesses. I get to know you as a runner before we build anything.

Personalised plan

Your plan is built around YOU. Your fitness, your goals, your life. Uploaded to the coaching platform and synced with your watch.

Ongoing adjustments

Training is adjusted weekly or bi-weekly based on your feedback, fatigue, and progress. It evolves as you do.

Direct support

You have direct access to me via WhatsApp or email. Questions, doubts, tough weeks: I'm there.

This coaching is for runners at any level — beginners, recreational athletes, and competitive runners. Whether you're preparing for your first race or aiming for a PB or ultra, the plan is built around your level and goals.
No. Many athletes start with a basic fitness level. You can start from zero and we build up together — the plan is always adapted to where you are right now.
Weekly for Advanced and VIP athletes, bi-weekly for Basic. Adjustments are based on your feedback, fatigue and progress — training adapts as your life does.
Via the coaching platform and WhatsApp or email. Communication is key — I want to know how you're feeling, not just what your watch says.
After you submit the form below, I'll review your details and get in touch to discuss the best option for you. There's no commitment at this stage — it's just a conversation to see if we're a good fit.
Yes for Basic and Advanced — billed monthly, cancel anytime. VIP has a minimum of 3 months. If life gets busy or you get injured, the plan adapts — you don't need to cancel, just tell me.
Generic plans are not adapted to you. This coaching combines sports science with weekly personalised adjustments based on your actual progress, recovery, and life situation — and you have direct access to me every week.
I keep my roster intentionally small so every athlete gets genuine individual attention. When spots are full, they're full. If you're interested, don't wait.
