I believe good & open communication between the athlete and coach is very important. I keep close contact to all my athletes and adapt the training plans to their needs.
Intake
Does this sound like something you are looking for? GREAT! Then I would like to first schedule an online meeting to get a good idea of your level as runner and your goals. It is also important for me to have a good connection with my clients.
Evaluation
Every 2-3 weeks you will receive your personal training schedule from me. Through the close following up, we can monitor your progress closely and change the trainings where needed.
Progression
Once you have started and follow the schedule consistently you will notice progress quickly. Through the preparation for competitions you will stay motivated, although this is up to you. The most important thing is to enjoy running.
