I believe good and open communication between the athlete and coach is very important. I keep close contact to all my athletes and adapt the training plans to their needs.

Evaluation

Expect your personalized training schedule every 2-3 weeks, allowing us to closely monitor progress and adjust training as needed.

Progression

Consistent follow-through with the schedule will yield to noticeable progress. Through the preparation for competitions you will stay motivated, although ultimately, enjoying the run is what matters most
