Not at all! This course is designed for runners of all levels from beginners to seasoned marathoners. The self-assessment helps you figure out how to improve the basics and if you want to really dive into your running gait, you can always go for the advanced option to get a personalised plan. However, this program is more interesting for those that are just starting, often experience pain during/ after their run or feel like they are stuck at a plateau.
