FAQ's

Not at all! This course is designed for runners of all levels from beginners to seasoned marathoners. The self-assessment helps you figure out how to improve the basics and if you want to really dive into your running gait, you can always go for the advanced option to get a personalised plan. However, this program is more interesting for those that are just starting, often experience pain during/ after their run or feel like they are stuck at a plateau. If you are in doubt if this program is something for you, feel free to reach out to us! (add a button that re-directs them to mail: lisa@listacoaching.com
You don’t need any fancy equipment! Just a pair of running shoes, some space to move, and a phone or camera if you want to film yourself for the self-assessment. I do recommend to also have some resistance bands, but they are very cheap to buy (maybe input link here to Amazon list?)
Yes—many running injuries stem from poor gait mechanics. This course helps identify movement patterns that may contribute to injuries like shin splints, knee pain, or plantar fasciitis. While it’s not a replacement for medical treatment, it’s a great complement to rehab or as a proactive step to prevent future issues.
The course is self-paced. Each module is broken down into short, focused videos you can follow on your own schedule. Many runners start seeing noticeable changes within a few weeks of consistent practice.
Great question. This course is structured, personalized, and designed with progression in mind. Instead of guessing which exercises might help, you’ll go through a clear assessment, get tailored recommendations, and follow a guided path that builds over time. Plus, everything is built around real-world running movement—not generic fitness tips.
After recording your running gait (no worries, Lisa will give detailed instructions what to do) you’ll get a custom plan based on your assessment, direct feedback on your gait videos, and the chance to ask specific questions or work through challenges in real time with her. It’s ideal if you want deeper guidance, accountability, or have specific goals or past injuries you want to address.
